Okay Friends,
I wanted to come to you this week with a few of the questions I’ve been getting about what this nutrition, fitness and business opportunity are all about!
I’m not here to sugarcoat anything… Just give you everything you need to know about what it looks like to join me this summer, work on your health and fitness goals, and even get paid to do so.
What’s the difference between a customer and a coach? Can I be both at the same time?
You sure can! I am! But there’s 2 options… You can join me this summer solely as a customer and I’ll help you choose the perfect program to align with your goals, get you added to my virtual challenge group with other like-minded women, and provide you with daily tips, productivity hacks, recipes, and motivation to keep you accountable to your goals!
Orrrr… You can join my team right away as a coach, get EVERYTHING I just mentioned above, along with the opportunity to help other women start working on their own health and fitness goals, too. My team and I will provide you with all the tools, resources, and training you need to get your business up and running. You’re NEVER alone - Not in your own health journey, and not in your business. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
Do I have to share on social media?
You do you, boo! Social media is an amazing platform to share your life, connect with, and help others. However, you can totally use email, in person networking, or even just help your friends and family you know personally.
If I do choose to join as a coach, are there any sales requirements or monthly fees?
All you have to do is pay $15.95 for your monthly coach fee. This fee covers customer services as well as the ability to use you online "office" However, you don’t have to sell a thing if you don’t want to! But as you help more people, grow a team, and help them help more people, your income can skyrocket and you can even qualify for bonuses.
I hope this helped answer a few of your questions, but if you have more questions, please feel free to reach out to me in email and ask away! I’m happy to help, because I totally understand this is a big decision. I remember going back and forth for so long, myself.
But remember… You’ll never know if you don’t try. And you have absolutely nothing to lose. Because if at any time you think it’s just not a good fit for you, no worries… You’re not locked in life.
So I challenge you today to give it some serious thought… Envision yourself in 5 years… Living your happiest, healthiest life, maybe even surpassing your 9-5 income, all while doing it with a rad bunch of teammates by your side.
No matter what option you choose this summer… Joining as a customer or as a coach... I’ll be waiting to pop the bubbly and celebrate this new beginning together!

3 Things I’ve Learned That ACTUALLY Make a Difference in My Health and Fitness
Heyyyy Friends,
Remember my story last week about having to tell my inner mean girl to shove it so I could get on with my goals?
I wish I could say it was that easy and it happened overnight, but I wanna share some of my “truths” with you as to why I made it so much harder to say yes to the coaching opportunity than it really needed to be… so you can steer clear of that road yourself.
This is what I “thought” made a good coach:
Being at my goal weight or body.
Always being on my phone and sharing about products, programs, upcoming challenges
Figuring things out for myself and being independent AF.
But don’t worry… THIS is what I’ve “actually” learned makes a good coach:
NOT being at my goal weight or body makes me more relatable to my challengers or customers. No one’s perfect, and I’m definitely not out here tryin’ to be.
Managing my time and productivity will get me farther in my health and wellness AND in this business than being on my phone all the time.
Leaning into my challenge group and virtual community and team makes living this healthy lifestyle and entrepreneur life so much easier. NOT doing everything on my own.
No matter what your goal is as a challenger/customer or as a coach... Whether it be to get in great shape or heal your gut or earn a couple extra hundred bucks each month… My team and I got you covered.
We have women transforming their health AND lives anywhere from losing 20+ pounds as challengers to paying for groceries, gas, and even replacing their full time incomes as coaches.

I was scared out of my mind to do this. π³
Hey there Friends!
Have you ever scrolled your social media feed, seen someone posting about their workouts and nutrition plans, and think to yourself… “I would NEVER be able to do something like that.”?
Cuzzzz, same. I used to be this girl.
After seeing their post on my feed, I’d click on their profile, start scrolling through the rest of their pics, and then it’d all spiral downhill from there… the comparison game would be in full effect.
I’d sit there, comparing my body to theirs, wishing I could do what they were doing, but just end up telling myself it would never be possible for me.
I even remember feeling this way when the coaching opportunity was presented to me. I immediately thought, “Heckkkk no!
I wasn't in shape and even if I was, I didn’t know enough about it to actually help other people.
However… I did find myself fantasizing a little about what it would be like to work from home, make money from a side gig, AND work on my own health at the same time. But… I was fearful of failure, and didn’t want to invest in something and not make a dime off of it.
While I was definitely skeptical, I realized I would never know unless I tried…
So I said YES.
I’ll be totally honest… I was scared out of my mind to join my first challenge group, and equally scared to start my own business. I had zero experience with business, social media, or how to help people get results. But here’s the good news… I didn’t have to.
After I signed up I found myself surrounded by INCREDIBLE women who’d been in my shoes and already walked my same path. They’d already experienced what I had with their own [health/wellness/nutrition/skin] AND with starting their own businesses.
Now… I’ve become completely obsessed with my challenge group, made so many new friendships, prioritized my time, and have a business I never dreamed of running.
I’m so much prouder of the girl I am now, than the girl I used to be.
And I want this to be the same for you, too!
So today I’m leaving you with this… Stop comparing yourself to the girl you see on social media. Ignore your inner critic. And don’t let your fear of failure control your decisions.
You don’t have time for any of that BS… You’ve got goals to reach and lives to change!
