Cue the confetti. 🎉 Strike up the band. 💃🏼 THIS could happen to you, too! 👇🏻

Hey heyyyy Friends,

To be honest… I could go on and on about how my virtual health and wellness community basically saved my sanity AND my health 5 years ago, but I’d like you to hear about someone else’s incredibly amazing story instead. 👇🏻

Meet Christina! 🙌🏻 She has completely committed herself to 30 days of healthy living and to hear her talk about not only how her body has physically been changing, but especially her mindset, makes me one proud coach. ❤️

She’s said since committing to her workouts, nutrition, and making time every week for herself, she’s found a new appreciation for her body and what it’s done, and continues to do for her.

Her negative self image and constant criticism of herself is GONE. Like any human, she has sneaky, limiting beliefs about herself that try to come back from time to time. But with a little support from my accountability group and some personal development, there’s literally nothing she can’t handle. 💪🏻

Here’s what she had to say about joining and focusing on herself these last 30 days:

“In 4 weeks I am down almost 10 pounds and a total of 12 inches!...The mental changes are where the success is truly. After just a few days into this program, I felt a rush of energy. Something that I never knew existed before. Something that had me jumping up and down. I smile bigger, laugh harder, and enjoy life again. To know how good you should feel is such an amazing thing. EVERY single person needs this program!”

It’s testimonies like this that make me fall in love with these products and community again and again. ❤️

I’m on a mission to help every woman who feels lost in where to start their health and wellness journey find total peace, love, and acceptance with their bodies. If that sounds at all like something you’d be in for, I’m ready to get you started! 😘

Do you just wanna feel like yourself again? Here’s what to do. ❤️

 Hey friends,

Do you remember my mid-life crisis I was telling you about that I thought I was having in TJ Maxx once? Okay… turns out calling it that might’ve been a bit dramatic. 💁🏼‍♀️😂

Looking back now, what I’d call it is a case of complete and total neglect to my health and wellbeing for way too long… physically, mentally, and emotionally. 🙈

I can spot these “cases” from a mile away now because I’ve finally learned how it feels and what it looks like to make yourself your #1 priority in life. And damnnn, let me tell ya, it feels good. ❤️

But I didn’t do it (and probably couldn’t have done it) ALONE!

What did I do? 👉🏻 Joined my very first challenge group. 👏🏻

I had a friend on social media sharing about her upcoming challenge group and kept talking about so many of the things she’d once experienced, which was exactly what I’d been experiencing too… Low self-esteem, negative mindset, lack of knowledge in what I needed in order to get healthier… so I took a leap of faith, trusted her, and signed up. ✨

Sure I learned a lot, lost some weight and got my energy back💃🏼 … But the most life-changing thing I took away from that first challenge group was that I’M the one in control of the value I place on myself.

Once I started taking better care of myself 💪🏻, properly fueling my body 🍎, and actually taking myself seriously, I learned that it was never my BODY that was holding me back from living my healthiest, happiest life. It was my MIND.

Of course it took a lot of time and effort on my end, but I owe so much credit for my transformation to my coach and the amazing women in my virtual health and wellness community who’ve supported me since day 1. 👭

Which leads me to tell you... You HAVE to experience this for yourself! ✨

This mindset makeover. This gut check. This complete experience of personal growth and transformation of how to take care of yourself the way you deserve… You don’t wanna miss it. ❤️

Be back next week! 👋🏻

Have you ever done this in Target? I have. 🙊

There I was, 10 years ago, feeling like a mid-life crisis had just overtook me… 🤪

I was in the dressing room at TJ Maxx, trying on some of their new swimsuits, and I completely broke down. 😓 Since turning 40, it’s like I didn’t even recognize the body I was seeing when I looked in the mirror.

Fuller waist, cellulite, wider hips and thighs... Ya know, the normal, typical stuff that comes with turning 40 and life. 🤷🏼‍♀️ But for some reason, I just wasn’t that understanding nor forgiving with myself. 🙈 Can you relate?

I struggled for months after that with my self-confidence, keeping a positive body image, shopping for clothes, and just trying to feel beautiful in this phase of life. Like just fake it ‘til ya make it, right? 🙃

I started getting really fed up with how I was feeling AND treating myself, so I started looking for solutions… I was desperate to feel like myself again.

Now… You’ll have to meet me back here next week in order to hear how the ending to this mid-life crisis played out. (But at least you know I DID survive and got outta that dressing room 😉) But what I WILL tell you is the very first step I took in “Operation: Get My Health and Confidence Back NOW” 👇🏻

✨ Everyday I started committing to doing 1 thing for me… 1 thing that was for me, and solely me. ✨

I know some may read that and think it’s a little conceited or selfish, but that’s my assignment I have for you over the next week… Commit to doing 1 thing specifically for you! 👌🏻

It doesn’t have to cost money. It doesn’t have to take 2+ hours. Heck, in this stage of life you may just be lucky to get 10 minutes of “you” time. 🤷🏼‍♀️

But I don’t want you to forget that there’s only one you. ❤️ And it’s time for you to start treating her like the queen she is. 👑

Your friend,

Dawn

P.S. If you need some ideas on what to do for some self-care, I’d love to share - My simple, go-to favorites are listening to a good book, going for a walk outdoors, binge watching a good show and listening to music. 😍 Don’t overcomplicate taking care of YOU!
