{Q&A} Your questions...answered! ✅

 Hey there!

Over the past month, I’ve been sharing about all things BODi, the new live workout platform and nutrition membership. 

Soooooo many of you are ready to get out of your workout rut, get remotivated, and experience live personal training without the cost of a personal trainer OR the hassle of having to leave home. 

But I’ve also gotten quite a few questions in my inbox over the last few weeks too, so I wanted to do a little Q&A today to help answer them, because if one person has a question, I know there’s more of you that do too!

Q: What is BODi anyway?

A: BODi is an interactive, live fitness platform in which you can stream live and on-demand studio fitness classes from your home or anywhere every day. 

Q: What kinds of workouts are included on BODi?

A: There are fitness classes for all levels including cycling classes using the MYX bike. Classes include: indoor cycling, barre, cardio, HIIT, core, strength, bootcamp, yoga, Pilates, meditation, and so much more. 

Q: What is each class like?

A: Every BODi class is created and led by one of the Beachbody super trainers or a certified fitness expert, so you’ll see a ton of trainers to choose from and be confident that you’ll get in a great, safe workout. Each workout has customized music to motivate and keep you going. You can even get on the BODcast, the big screen behind the trainer during the class so they can see you and give you tips and motivation as you work out. 

Q: How is nutrition incorporated into BODi?

A: Each BODi membership comes with access to the 2 nutrition programs: 2B Mindset and Portion Fix. Each month, you’ll get new recipes, meal plans, cooking videos, and ongoing nutrition support and content that  you can’t get anywhere else. 

Q: How is BODi different from Beachbody on Demand?

A: BODi has daily live and on-demand studio fitness classes with customized music playlists to help bring fitness to life. BODi also comes with access to the 2B mindset and Portion Fix nutrition programs plus ongoing nutrition content. 

Beachbody On Demand has over 75 structured fitness

programs that you can complete from start to finish, including workout calendars, step-by-step program guides, and tools to help you stay on track. 

Q: How does the MYX Bike fit in?

A: Beachbody has it’s own bike, the MYX II bike. This bike is durable, stylish, and can be integrated with BODi for a total fitness cycling studio experience with BODi’s cycling classes. The screen swivels so you can go from the bike to the floor in no time at all. 

Q: What are the purchase options for BODi?

A: With a Total Solution Pack, the first 30 days of BODi is free. After the first 30 days, BODi is $19.95 a month OR you can upgrade to an annual membership for $169 a year. For a BOD + BODi membership, it’s $298 a year.

✅ All the benefits, none of the hassle.

 Hey there!

If you’re like me, you’re a busy lady with a lot of things on your plate and a lot of people and things to take care of everyday.

Between work and family and errands and cooking and cleaning and appointments and bills to pay and, and, and….

...the list could go on FOREVVERR. 

Despite everything you have to do each day, you desperately want to be the best version of yourself, to feel good, to be confident in your own skin, and to be positive and happy so you can tackle all that life has for you with a smile and give it your best.

👉🏼Do these 4 things if you’re lacking motivation.

 Hey heyyy!

Now that fall is officially here and you’re embracing all that comes with the new season, AKA, comfort food, sweatshirt weather, PSL’s, beanies, tailgate parties, etc, I have a SERIOUS question for you…

Are you feeling stuck in a workout rut? Or like you just can’t get pumped up to workout when you’d rather be doing something else?

If that’s you...I FEEL YOU. I’ve been there, and it’s hard!

Almost ALWAYS, when I start feeling unmotivated or start dreading my workouts, it’s because I’m going through a busy or stressful time and I start putting myself on the back burner. 

And while that might be our first instinct when other people are counting on us, that is the WORST thing you can do to yourself. 

Because if you start to put yourself last and stop taking care of yourself, you’re going to show up as a half-a** version of yourself for everyone around you.

❌ And that is NOT the goal. ❌

So let me tell you what I do when this lack of motivation sets in…

✅ I lean into my community and my team and tell them what I’m struggling with and ask for accountability and support. 

✅ I sit down with a notebook and pen and refocus my priorities and write them down.

✅ I schedule in time to take care of ME. Workouts, meal prep, quiet time, family time, all of it. 

✅ I choose a workout each day that I’m EXCITED ABOUT. 

These 4 things will help you get back on track and lead to that long-lasting change and healthy lifestyle that you want and crave.
