ta da!!

I didn't get as much done as I wanted. But, in my defense lol, a cousin and Aunt were visiting another cousin nearby that I haven't seen in probably 30 years, since I was a teenager so I went over there for a while to catch up. Here's my ta da list!

Last day of vacation!

I've been on vacation all week and it's back to work tomorrow. My goal is to get my weekly cleaning done today. Let's see if that happens!!

Reason for my new journey

Just one month ago, I lacked energy and motivation for anything. I was even slightly, maybe more, depressed. I began FORCING myself to workout and started eating healthier. Then I added ‪#‎shakeology‬ to my diet. Just one month later, I feel amazing!! I have tons of energy and ready to go all the time. I look forward to my workouts now. I'm happy all the time, ok, most of the time, lol. My body is transforming as well into a strong and toned form. And I have so much self-confidence now, nothing can bring me down!! Good day

I worked 8 hours, did my workout and still managed to get some tasks done today. I didn't make my steps but it was still a successful day!!

Drink 40 ounces of water - 40 ozs
Eat one serving of vegetables or fruit - I did kickass here today. I had a banana & blueberries in my breakfast smoothie, cucumber sticks with lunch & I put tomato, lettuce & onion on my turkey burger and had a big salad with romaine lettuce, kale, spinach, tomatoes & cukes for dinner.
