Wednesday:

Dinner: Steak & Zucchini stir fry

Thursday:

Breakfast: Breakfast burrito

Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner: Lemon parmesan chicken with asparagus

Friday:

Breakfast: Vanilla Greek yogurt with berries & granola 

Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner: Cook's choice 😉

Saturday & Sunday: 

Whatever we can cook up, use up and conjure up!

We may go out or do take out for  a meal as well

Wednesday: Honey chili chicken

Thanksgiving: Having dinner at Babe's family & dessert with my family

Friday: Ground beef cauliflower hash

Saturday & Sunday: We either go out, get takeout, finish up any leftovers, etc

Today's to do's

 Good morning!! 

Babe and I are going to spend an hour or so this morning working on the task list before we hunker down to watch football all afternoon and indulge in "football foods"!!

Here's what we'll work on today:

Sweep & mop entry
Do a 27 fling boogie
Tackle smudge, dirt & dust with a cloth & scented surface spray
Clear cobwebs
Wipe baseboards
Put up Christmas decorations 
Grab a basket, clear bedroom surfaces & give quick polish
Declutter bedroom
Thoroughly vacuum bedroom
Vacuum
Thoroughly clean microwave
Clean oven door
Wipe down kitchen appliances
Clean & disinfect dishwasher
Sweep & mop kitchen floor
Wipe down bathroom
Disinfect taps, doorknobs, handles, remote controls & cellphones

 Hey there!

Throughout this month, I’ve been sharing a lot about the business side of what I do, A) because I love it and can’t help but shout it from the rooftops, and B) because I know that now more than ever, people need this opportunity.

But hello...you wouldn’t want to join a get rich quick scheme anyway, now would you?! 😜

👉🏼 The ability to show up as yourself and run your business the way you, the CEO, sees fit. 

Is it going to take work and showing up for yourself and your business? Yes. 

It’s  just like your health journey...you have to show up to get the results. 

I’ve got the tools and all the support you need

Now all that’s left to do is say “YES” and start showing up and doing the work with the tools I give you!

Then you can watch as you achieve more time and financial freedom. You can feel fulfilled as you read messages from people you’ve helped saying “thank you.” You can be proud knowing that you’re making an impact and an income while being the best possible version of yourself.

😲She asks a billion questions…

 Hey there!

By “she,” I mean ME. 

I was the girl that asked a billion questions when I first joined my team as a coach. While I was worried in the beginning that my coach was rolling her eyes every time I shot over another question about how to run a successful online business, I know that wasn’t the case. 

Because my coach and my entire upline is full of some of the most positive, kind-hearted, supportive people I know. 

You know the saying about how you are an average of the 5 people you spend the most time with? Well in that case, I’m doing pretty dang well. 😜

And when it comes to anything in life, working on your health, growing as a person, having a social life, starting a business, taking the next career step...this remains true. 

No matter where you are in life or what you’re working on, it’s so dang important to surround yourself with positive, uplifting people who are going to bring your average UP! ⬆️

Because these are your people.

I’m so grateful that my team focuses so much on leadership, because now I can be that person for others (ahem...you?!) 😉

Honestly, before I started this business, I had no direction in life. I showed up everyday, went through the motions, and just didn’t feel fulfilled. I had nothing to look forward to, nothing to light a fire under my butt in the mornings. And that was a super hard time for me. #vulnerablemoment

But now, I have a new fire, a new passion, a new spark inside of me, and I want more than anything to share that with the world and with people who relate to me and my story. 🔥

So I want to ask you to get vulnerable with yourself for a second...is that you? Are you feeling a tug at your heart to do something new, something different that might just change your life?

Sister, I’m here to tell you...don’t ignore that tug.

That time I broke my rearview mirror...

 Hey there!


Have you ever heard of something called, “Rearview Mirror Syndrome?”

Rearview mirror syndrome occurs when you are constantly stuck in a state of dwelling on the past. You believe that who you were is automatically who you are and will be forever. Put simply...you let your past get in the way of your future. And...



I know how dangerous it is because I used to fall victim to Rearview Mirror Syndrome.

Before I started my health journey and my business, I just assumed that getting healthy had to be miserable. Heck, all of my past diets and workout routines were a fail, were depriving, and didn’t last, so why wouldn’t this be the same. 🤷🏼‍♀️

And hellooo, I went to school to become a cosmetologist, NOT run my own online business from home. Therefore, I thought I wouldn’t be successful and would let other people down.

And then guess what happened?
I got out my pretend baseball bat and broke that rearview mirror into a million little pieces, because I decided that I WAS WORTHY of health, happiness, and success and my past did not define my future. 👊🏼

I put my fears aside and asked the questions. I asked my coach to explain how it all worked… the programs, the products, the accountability, the business. I asked how I would be supported in my health journey and in my business.

She was straightforward, honest, and made me feel validated for having questions and concerns. #thatsnormal

But ultimately, she gave me the power I needed to take the leap.

And ever since then, I have felt 100% supported by her and my entire upline of coaches on our team.

It’s crazy to me to think back on how I almost held myself back from this life because of my fears, doubts, and obsession with the rearview mirror.

And I tell you this story because I know I’m not the only one, and I want you to know it’s ok if you’re feeling stuck right now.

But you don’t have to stay stuck forever.

I’d love nothing more than to be the friend and mentor that gives YOU the power to take the leap too.
