Dinner: Balsamic pork chops with brussel sprouts


Thursday:

Breakfast: Protein shake with power greens and spinach

Lunch: Chicken salad wrap

Dinner: Leftovers


Friday:

Breakfast: Sheet pan omelet

Dinner: Broccoli stuffed chicken


Saturday: 

Breakfast: Protein shake with power greens and spinach

What if you didn’t have to sacrifice ANY of this to grow a thriving business? ðŸĪ”

 Hey!

I’m sure like the majority of the human race, you feel like you couldn’t possibly add one more thing to your plate right now. ðŸ˜Ž

I totally get it. You’ve already got your job, a family/kids/pets to take care of, a social life to enjoy, your health to manage and all while trying to get 8 hours of sleep at night, too. ðŸĪŠ

But what if you didn’t have to sacrifice ANY of that in order to grow a thriving business? There are 3 simple things I do every single day that have helped me grow my own thriving business, AND so many others on my team. ðŸ‘‡

✨Be the proof - I have completely changed my body from the inside out and it’s important for me to be a walking testimony of that to show others it can work for them too!

✨Share the joy - If you experience something life changing, why on Earth would you keep it to yourself?! Share your journey every single day, and when someone asks what you’re doing to find success, ask them to join you!

✨Do personal development - This is honestly the most important of the 3! If you don’t feed your mind with positivity and fill your own cup first, you’ll never be able to help others find their own success.

That’s it. ðŸ‘† Those 3 things are what I do to find success in this business! There’s no crazy marketing strategies, no slimy messages just to get sales. Just you improving your own life so you can improve others’. ❤️

You don’t need to be a social media strategist to make THIS work. 🙅

In case you’ve been questioning these last couple weeks if you have what it takes to start your own business, I have someone I want to introduce to you that I think will give you some clarity. ❤️👇

No one needs a health and fitness degree to help people reach their goals.🙅 You just have to be willing to show up for yourself and your challengers every single day (virtually of course ðŸ˜‰), share your journey, believe in what you’re doing, and have a strong passion for helping others find their happiest, healthiest lives. ❤️

No one needs to be at their goal body to help people reach their goals. ðŸ™… I mean, is it easier to relate to someone who’s in your same shoes, or to a professional athlete? ðŸĪ”

And you know what? I was right. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‰ðŸ˜†

Ashley joined my team and has since then helped over 100 women reach their health and fitness goals! This business has helped her pay for groceries, car payments and her mortgage, and even save for a vacation. ❤️

This business has done all of this for Ashley and so much more.

Dinners:

Monday: Air fryer chicken, butternut squash and brussel sprouts w/bacon

Tuesday: Applewood bacon smoked pork tenderloin with broccoli

Wednesday: Chicken pot pie soup

Thursday: Air fryer chicken with cauliflower

Friday: Cheeseburgers with sweet potato waffle cut fries

Snack: Baby carrots, bananas, cucumbers

Saturday & Sunday: use up, take out or go out

Stay away from THAT girl 🙅

 It’s really no secret why I had the fears that I did when it came to starting my own business. ðŸ‘‡


We’ve all gotten those completely random messages from someone we haven’t talked to in years (or haven’t talked to EVER!), asking us to buy something, try a sample, or sign up for a free trial. ðŸĪĶ🏞‍♀️ðŸĪĶðŸ―‍♀️ðŸĪĶðŸū‍♀️

It made me cringe thinking people would look at me like THAT girl. ðŸ˜–

But I wanted freedom and flexibility more than anything in my life, so I dug into how I could make this business authentic to ME and my values. A business that doesn’t focus on the sale, but on making a difference in people’s lives!

So instead of being THAT girl ðŸ‘‰ the one who would do anything to make a sale, even if it meant selling her soul. I decided to be THIS girl ðŸ‘‰ the one who can help people reach their goals by showing others what I was doing. ðŸ’Š

There were 2 things that finally made me realize I needed to jump at this business opportunity:

I pay my own bills. No one else! ðŸ’°
I am in control of my own destiny. ✨

In order to live the life I wanted to, I had to do something I’d never done - Get OUT of my comfort zone and get OUT of my own head!! ðŸ‘ŠðŸŧ

The opportunities are endless for you. All you have to do is believe. ❤️
