Menu Plan


 

I went simple this week. 

Breakfast: Choice of Greek yogurt or cottage, with blueberries/strawberries

Lunch: Leftovers

Dinners:

Monday: Air fryer chicken, butternut squash and brussel sprouts w/bacon

Tuesday: Applewood bacon smoked pork tenderloin with broccoli

Wednesday: Chicken pot pie soup

Thursday: Air fryer chicken with cauliflower

Friday: Cheeseburgers with sweet potato waffle cut fries

Snack: Baby carrots, bananas, cucumbers

Saturday & Sunday: use up, take out or go out
