Overnight oats with berries

Wonder whips and fruit


Lunch:

Leftovers

Turkey wraps

Salad


Dinner:

Monday: Balsamic chicken and veggies

Tuesday: Mexican zoodles

Wednesday: Air fryer chicken and zucchini

Thursday: Tuscan chicken with veggies

Friday: Buffalo chicken burger and salad


Snack: Banana, apple, cheese stick, cottage cheese, popcorn


Weekend: Cook up what's leftover, eat up any leftovers, take out and/or go out
