Menu plan week of June 6th

Breakfast:
Me: Protein shake with a veggie and a fruit
Babe: Overnight oats with berries

Lunches:
Leftovers
Salad with tuna or hard boiled eggs

Dinners:
Monday: Spaghetti squash chicken alfredo
Tuesday: Zucchini enchilada casserole
Wednesday: Coleslaw BBQ chicken salad
Thursday: Chicken stir fry
Friday: Shrimp & Broccoli foil pack

Weekend:
We have been going to my daughter's for a cookout on Saturday nights
Sunday we "wing" it. Either we get something at the grocery store to make, use up what needs to be cooked from the fridge or go out/do takeout
