Menu Plan for Week of March 14

 


Breakfasts for the week:

Protein shake with spinach and power greens

Greek yogurt with berries and granola


Lunches:

Leftovers

Tuna wrap with veggies


Dinners:

Monday: Chicken zoodles

Tuesday: Chili lime haddock and veggies

Wednesday: BBQ chicken zoodle

Thursday: Parmesan roasted cauliflower and chicken

Friday: Steak and asparagus kebobs


Snacks:

Cheese sticks

Strawberries with chocolate hummus

Banana

Baby carrots with hummus


Weekend:

We use up what's leftover

Go out one night
