I talk to women ALL.THE.TIME. Who want to make changes in their life, start living a healthier lifestyle, and actually see results. And I usually hear the same things:
“I just don’t know where to start.” “I’ve tried before, and it didn’t work out.”
I get it, I felt the same! I had the same thoughts and questions and I spent A LOT of time doubting myself and white-knuckling it, just hoping for the best (100% do not recommend btw).
But finding what worked for me and my lifestyle, putting in the work and joining a community of people trying to be their best selves ended up being EXACTLY what I needed to get control of my health.
That’s where I come in! I’ve got it all mapped out for you and I’ll be your personal cheerleader along the way!

It doesn’t have to be a lavish vacay every time you reach a goal (but I wouldn’t complain if it was). I’m talking about taking care of yourself, finding things to look forward to and treating yourself with kindness and compassion along the way.
One of my favorite ways to practice self-care is to slowly stroll and browse through TJ Maxx. Little or big if there is something exciting to look forward too we’re more likely to do what it takes to get there!
