It doesn’t have to be a lavish vacay every time you reach a goal (but I wouldn’t complain if it was💁🏼‍♀️). I’m talking about taking care of yourself, finding things to look forward to and treating yourself with kindness and compassion along the way.

One of my favorite ways to practice self-care is to slowly stroll and browse through TJ Maxx. Little or big if there is something exciting to look forward too we’re more likely to do what it takes to get there!
