Dinner:
Monday: Spaghetti squash with meat sauce
Tuesday: Salsa lime chicken over spinach with pico de gallo
Wednesday: Sausage bean & spinach skillet
Thursday: Salsa verde pork with broccoli
Friday: Simple chicken & veggie stir fry with cauliflower rice
Weekends are for using up uncooked veggies, leftovers, take out, etc
