Growing up, did you and your friends ever play, “Would You Rather?” We used to come up with the most hilarious scenarios.
I’ve got one for ya today!
Would you rather… Start a health and fitness journey by yourself that makes you give up ALL of your favorite foods and the ONLY way to measure your progress is by weighing yourself…
Orrrr…
Would you rather… Start a health and fitness journey with the support of others alongside you that teaches you how to create a healthy easy-to-follow regimen so you’re NEVER cutting out any of your favorite foods and allows you to measure your progress in ANY kind of way?! Confidence. Self love. Body positivity.
I mean - I know the rules of “Would You Rather?” state I can’t choose for you… but can I at least spare you the agony and help you choose #2?! Please!
I’ll admit, at one point I actually thought I had to choose #1 if I ever wanted to get results. And honestly? I. Was. Miserable.
There are 2 words that I always fall back on when I think about this scenario -- Sustainability & Support.
There’s so much sustainability that comes from loving your workouts and meals, plugging in to a community with other like-minded people, and celebrating every tiny bit of progress along the way - A positive mindset, loving yourself and your body EXACTLY how it is, and celebrating all your hard work!

Hey heyyyy Friends,
If I could give piece of advice to anyone out there who’s struggling with body positivity, you know what it would be?
Stop comparing yourself to others and start focusing on what makes YOU feel good.
I know it’s tough. It’s really tough. We live in a world where we can connect with almost anyone at our fingertips and have access to their “Highlight Reel of Life” immediately. Scroll and compare. Scroll and compare. It’s a vicious cycle.
But here’s the thing… it’s their HIGHLIGHT REEL.
Have you ever taken a picture of yourself or with a group of friends and then looked at it and was just like, “Uhhh let’s try that again! There’s no kinda filter that can fix that!” … No judging, cause same.
But why? Whyyy do we do that?! Cause we don't look as thin as the person next to us? Or because it just doesn’t look like what “other girls” post on their Instagram?
Those. thoughts. are. exhausting.
It wasn’t until I learned about what it truly means to be healthy that I could stop comparing myself to others. I finally realized that there are over 7 billion people in this world and I wasn’t created to look like a single one of’em.
And you know who else wasn’t either? YOU.
I wish I could say getting healthy and loving yourself for who you are just happens overnight. But I can’t. You have to decide what healthy looks like on you. You have to fall in love with the journey of taking care of yourself and being kind to yourself.
But, I do have some good news…
I can help you find YOUR body's right kind of “healthy,” not how to look like the girl on your Instagram stories.
I can help you find workout programs that make you LOVE your body, not punish it for what it doesn’t look like.
And I can help you do all of this with other women who feel JUST like you, not stuck trying to navigate through it all by yourself!
You deserve to live a life that you feel your happiest, healthiest, most beautiful self in. And the best part? Those things CAN go together - Happy, Healthy, & Beautiful.
Because I’m gonna put it to ya straight - If getting healthy means sacrificing your happiness, you’re doing it wrong.

Does this make you feel like total sh*t like it does me?
Hey, Friends!
You know what’s been making me feel like complete sh*t lately? … Health & Wellness Companies who make me feel like I have something about me that is totally unstandard.
Cellulite, Wrinkles, Having an extra 10 lbs… It’s bizarre how much these companies can manipulate my mind to think that NO one else has these issues besides me. Ya feel me?!
I’ll be honest… I really used to struggle with binge eating and just my overall self-confidence because of it. I used to hide it as best as I could, but I still just struggled with comparing myself to all the girls on my social media feed.
If I had to take a wild guess, I would say every woman has probably experienced these feelings at some point in her life - The feelings of needing to change how you look in order to fit society’s standards. Yes? It’s the WORST, isn’t it?!
We spend so much of our time being convinced that we have to be a certain size to look good in our clothes. I vote we end this. stigma. NOW!
Butttt… What if I told you I’ve actually found a way? I know you’re probably thinking now, “Oh jeez, here comes the pitch.”
But I PROMISE I’m being real with you. I used to constantly beat myself up about how I looked because I never felt good “enough.” But then I finally found a way to start loving myself exactly where I was in life. And I haven’t gone back since.
It took a lot of hard work. It took a lot of support. But there is NOTHING more freeing than loving exactly who you are and treating your body with the love and respect that it deserves.
I’m here for you if you’re finally ready to join the other side!
