Breakfast: Pumpkin bread with 2 hard boiled eggs or cottage cheese

Dinners:
Monday: Italian Wedding Soup
Tuesday: Taco Chili Cornbread Skillet
Wednesday: Spaghetti squash with meatballs and homemade sauce
Thursday: Asian chicken, cauliflower rice and broccoli
Friday: Taco Pizza
Snacks: Shakeology and raw veggies
Saturday and Sunday are for using up leftovers or anything that needs to be used or cooked.
We do take out or go out for dinner one night and wing it or pick something up to cook the other
