Menu Plan Monday


Monday:
Breakfast: Yogurt, apple & toast
Lunch: Cheese & veggie grinder, tomato soup & italian ice
Dinner: Chicken piccata with angel hair pasta & mixed veggies

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Poptarts, cheese & fruit
Lunch: Baked potato & fruit
Dinner: No peek beef tips, Noodles or mashed potatoes & Broccoli with cheese sauce

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Bacon, egg & cheese on an english muffin & fruit
Lunch: Sandwich, chips & pears
Dinner: Chicken tenders, Macaroni & cheese & Fruit

Thursday:
Breakfast: Pumpkin waffles & sausages
Lunch: Cheese quesadilla with salsa, soup, fruit & a brownie
Dinner: Spaghetti & meatballs & Salad

Friday:
Breakfast: Fried eggs, corned beef hash & an english muffin
Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich & apple
Dinner: Coney island hot dogs & French fries

Saturday:
Breakfast: Pancakes & fruit
Lunch: Husband will make
Dinner: Take out

Sunday:
Breakfast: Pumpkin bagel & banana
Lunch: Husband will make
Dinner: Baked ham rigatoni, Oatmeal bread & Salad
