Breakfast: Spinach, tomato, cheddar egg scramble & potato tots
Dinner: BBQ chicken and sweet potato bowls

Tuesday
Breakfast: Banana bread oat bake
Dinner: Mexican ground turkey and veggies

Wednesday
Breakfast: Spinach, tomato, cheddar egg scramble & potato tots
Dinner: Mediterranean ground beef and rice with veggies

Thursday
Breakfast: Banana bread oat bake
Dinner: Shrimp fried rice

Friday
Breakfast: Spinach, tomato, cheddar egg scramble & potato tots
Dinner: Leftovers

Saturday
Breakfast: On your own
Dinner: Flex night

Lunches are always leftovers or sandwiches

Desserts/Snacks:
Chocolate protein bars
Cadbury protein balls
Drizzalicous mini rice cakes
Special K crisps
Various muffins in freezer
Beef sticks
Cottage cheese with everything but the bagel seasoning
Greek yogurt bowls
