Monday to do's




I'm alive!! Surgery went very well. I obviously have a long recovery ahead of me. For the past week and for the next week all I can do is sit for 30 mins, then lap or two around house, sit for 30, lap or two then I have to lie down for a while. That is my life right now lol. I'm obviously very sore. My muscles feel tired but the pain I had prior to surgery is gone! 

I'm just setting small attainable goals during my recovery, like a few extra steps each day, a certain amount of protein, etc. I'll attempt small household tasks just to feel normal lol

Here's today's:
Fill k-cup holder
Run a rinse pod in Keurig
Change bathroom towels
Disinfect kitchen drains
Declutter fridge
