Menu Plan for the Week of January 25th




I've been working on eating/cooking what we have. Here's this week's menu:

Sunday
Brunch
Dinner: Pot roast, potatoes, carrots and bread with butter

Monday
Breakfast: Zucchini carrot bread and eggs
Dinner: Chicken sausages, baked beans and salad

Tuesday
Breakfast: Chocolate overnight oats
Dinner: Pork chops, potatoes and veggies

Wednesday
Breakfast: Zucchini carrot bread and eggs
Dinner: Leftover roast with veggies

Thursday
Breakfast: Chocolate overnight oats
Dinner: Chicken broccoli rice casserole

Friday
Breakfast: Zucchini carrot bread and eggs
Dinner: Ham mac & cheese, veggies and applesauce

Saturday
Breakfast: On your own
Dinner: "Flex" night

(Lunches are always leftovers or sandwiches/wraps)

Desserts/Snacks
Chocolate cottage cheese mug cake
No bake strawberry cheesecake
Sweet potato brownies
Mini cucumber slices with dip
Cottage cheese with everything but the bagel seasoning
Greek yogurt bowls
Ritz crackers with pb and chocolate chips
