Menu Plan for the Week of November 23rd
This week is Thanksgiving so I don't need to plan every day. So, I think I'm going to try something different this week.
Tomorrow, I'm going to roast vegetables (carrots and zucchini), cook a spaghetti squash, air fry a couple of pounds of chicken breast and cook a pound or two of ground beef or turkey (maybe one of each). Oh, and I'll roast some sweet potatoes as well. I think I bought 4, so I'll roast 3 and bake 1 for my sweet potato brownies
There are plenty of other vegetables in the freezer.
I also have cooked rice and mashed potatoes in the freezer
I'll post my meals on Facebook and/or Instagram throughout the week! (I almost always post my meals in my stories)
I'm thinking breakfasts will be scrambled eggs with chicken sausages and toasts, overnight protein oats and baked oats.
I'm not sure I'll like menu planning like this because I like to have a more concrete plan. We'll see how it goes. There will not be a menu plan next week as we're leaving for Florida next Saturday and will be gone for a week.
