Menu Plan for the Week of October 26th
I have on overabundance of leftovers in the freezer so this week will be featuring those
Breakfast:
Healthy pumpkin cream cheese muffins
Egg bites
Fresh fruit
Lunches:
Salad
Sandwiches/wraps, fresh veggies and/or fruit
Dinners:
Sunday: Harvest chicken apple salad with maple dijon dressing
Monday: Chicken bacon ranch casserole and salad
Tuesday: Butternut sqush turkey chili
Wednesday: Cheesy beef stuffed peppers and salad
Thursday: Butternut squash skillet
Friday: Lightened up ritzy casserole
Saturday: Not sure yet
Snacks:
Hard boiled eggs and cheese
Healthy cheesecake bowls
Apple with chocolate hummus
String cheese, fresh berries and popcorn
Protein shake
Vanilla and cinnamon protein balls
Banana with pb
Ice cream
Harvest crisps
Prime bite snack cake
Cheese sticks and protein bar
