Snacks: Banana w/pb and Yasso mint chip bar

Breakfast: Overnight oats with berries
Lunch: Chipotle chicken ranch dip and crackers
Dinner: Haddock, sweet potatoes and green beans
Snacks: Protein shake and Yasso mint chip bar

Tuesday
Breakfast: Apple oatmeal and hard boiled eggs
Lunch: BLT chicken salad
Dinner: Cheesy beef stuffed peppers
Snacks: Harvest Snap crisps and Strawberry Shortcake Crumbl Cookie

Wednesday
Breakfast: Cake batter overnight oats
Lunch: Buffalo chicken wrap
Dinner: Cheesy chicken spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips
Snacks: Oreo cookie bite and clementines with cheese

Thursday
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, toast with preserves
Lunch: Mediterranean turkey pita and clementines
Dinner: Butternut squash skillet
Snacks: Apple with pb and a protein shake and chocolate covered bananas

Friday
Breakfast: PB banana french toast
Lunch: Leftover butternut squash skillet
Dinner: Egg roll bowls
Snacks: Cheese sticks and protein bar

Saturday
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs and toast with pb
Lunch: Turkey sandwich and Quest chips
Dinner: Lightened up ritzy casserole
Snacks: Apple with pb and cinnamon and hard boiled eggs and cheese
