Lunch: Honey chicken with broccoli and rice
Dinner: Cheeseburger and salad
Snacks: Hard boiled egg and cheese, No bake peanut butter chocolate cheesecake bowl

Tuesday
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, sausage and english muffin w/jelly
Lunch: California Turkey club wrap
Dinner: Buffalo chicken tacos and salad
Snacks: Apple with chocolate hummus and chocolate chia protein pudding

Wednesday
Breakfast: Cheesy bacon ranch hashbrown casserole
Lunch: Cheeseburger flatbread and baby carrots
Dinner: Chicken bacon ranch casserole
Snacks: Cheese stick, strawberries and popcorn and oreo chocolate parfait

Thursday
Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal, hard boiled eggs and an apple
Lunch: Cheeseburger quesadilla
Dinner: Sheet pan greek chicken bowls
Snacks: Cookies and protein shake and dirt cake bowl

Friday
Breakfast: Overnight oats with berries
Lunch: Leftover sheet pan greek chicken bowls
Dinner: Shrimp teriyaki stir fry
Snacks: Cookie dough yogurt cup and tuna rice cakes

Saturday
Breakfast: Overnight oats with berries
Lunch: Tuna salad lettuce cups
Dinner: Butternut squash turkey chili
Snacks: Vanilla and cinnamon protein balls and hard boiled egg with pretzels
