Breakfast: Overnight oats

Friday
Breakfast: Egg white bites
Dinner: Leftovers

Saturday
Breakfast: On your own
Dinner: Flex night (go out, take out, any leftovers remaining, something from freezer, etc)

Lunches are always leftovers or sandwiches

Snacks/desserts:
Greek yogurt bowls
Ninja creami protein ice cream
Cottage cheese
Drizzalicious mini rice cakes
Lesser evil popcorn
Quest protein chips
Protein bar/shake
