Menu Plan for the Week of September 14th




I'm doing a "clean out the freezer/fridge/pantry" challenge for the rest of the month, or until they're cleaned ALOT. Everything is just overflowing and needs to get eaten. So, here we go

Sunday
Brunch
Dinner: Roast tuscan pork tenderloin, baby potaotes and zucchini/carrots

Monday
Breakfast: Egg white bites, healthy chocolate chip banana oat muffins and berries
Dinner: Garlic parmesan chicken pasta

Tuesday
Breakfast: Egg sandwich and berries
Dinner: Ground beef stroganoff, egg noodles and veggie/salad

Wednesday
Breakfast: Egg white bites, healthy chocolate chip banana oat muffins and berries
Dinner: Slow cooker pumpkin chili, sourdough bread and veggie/salad

Thursday
Breakfast: Egg sandwich and berries
Dinner: Creamy pumpkin pasta with sausage and sage and veggie/salad

Friday
Breakfast: Egg white bites, healthy chocolate chip banana oat muffins and berries
Dinner: Leftovers

Saturday
Breakfast: On your own
Dinner: "Flex" night

Desserts/Snacks:
Greek yogurt bowls
Apple dessert
Cottage cheese
Ninja creami protein ice cream
Chomps meat sticks
Drizzalicious mini rice cakes
Quest chips
Popcorn
Sugar free pudding
Anything I may feel like baking lol
