Dinner: Teriyaki beef bowls

Wednesday
Breakfast: Stovetop chocolate protein oats
Dinner: Philly cheesesteak bowls

Thursday
Breakfast: Egg white bites and fruit
Dinner: Boom boom shrimp and salad

Friday
Breakfast: Stovetop chocolate protein oats
Dinner: Big mac bowls

Saturday:
Breakfast: On your own
Dinner: Flex night (its my birthday so maybe go out)

Lunches are always leftovers or sandwiches

Snacks/Desserts:
Greek yogurt protein bowls
Ninja creami protein ice cream
Fruits/Veggies
Lesser evil popcorn
Cottage cheese
Quest chiips
Protein bar, pop tart or shake
