Menu Plan for the Week of July 27th
I can't believe that in one week we'll be in August!!! The time flies and during summer, I don't like it!! Here's this week's plan:
Sunday
Breakfast: Eggs, chicken sausages and bagel thins
Lunch: Up in the air as we eat breakfast late
Dinner: Cheesy chicken pasta bake and veggies
Monday
Breakfast: Sundried tomato egg bites and fruit
LUnch: Tuna or chicken salad sandwiches with Quest chps
Dinner: Steak and broccoli over cauliflower rice
Tuesday
Breakfast: Mixed berry chia pudding
Lunch: Tuna or chicken salad sandwiches with Quest chips
Dinner: Queso beef taco rollups and salad
Wednesday
Breakfast: Sundried tomato egg bites and fruit
Lunch: Tuna or chicken salad sandwiches with Quest chips
Dinner: Tikki Masala chicken and veggies
Thursday
Breakfast: Mixed berry chia pudding
Lunch: Tuna or chicken salad sandwiches with Quest chips
Dinner: Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and salad
Friday
Breakfast: Sundried tomato egg bites and fruit
Lunch: Tuna or chicken salad sandwiches with Quest chips
Dinner: Leftovers
Saturday
Breakfast: On your own
Lunch: Any remaining leftovers or sandwiches
Dinner: Flex night
Desserts/Snacks
Fresh fruit and/or veggies
Cottage cheese ranch dip
Greek yogurt bowls
Ninja creami ice creams
Brownie batter protein bars
Protein shake/bar
Lesser Evil popcorn
Drizzalicious mini rice cakes
