Menu Plan for the Week of April 6th




Breakfasts:
Blueberry cottage cheese breakfast bake
Raspberry donut overnight oats

Lunches:
Leftovers
Egg salad or turkey sandwiches

Dinners:
Sunday: Pork ribs, mashed potatoes & zucchini
Monday: Chicken teriyaki pineapple bowl & broccoli
Tuesday: Fish taco bowls
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Creamy ranch turkey mac
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Up in the air day

Desserts/Snacks:
Greek yogurt bowls
Cottage cheese with popcorn
Protein bar or poptart
Cookies & cream protein cheesecake dip
Chocolate lava mug cake
PB&J protein cheesecake
