Menu Plan for the Week of April 20th
Easter:
Breakfast ended up being an on your own
Lunch/Dinner: Going out to eat with my parents
If we're hungry later, I'll make a pizza or something. I have sourdough pizza dough fermenting now and it'll be ready to used tonight. I'm putting some dough in the freezer for future use.
Monday
Breakfast: Egg white everything bites
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with cucumbers
Dinner: Honey garlic chicken over rice and veggies
Tuesday
Breakfast: Overnight oats
Lunch: Leftovers or sandwich
Dinner: Philly cheesesteak over spaghetti squash and veggies
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Egg white everything bites
Lunch: Leftovers or sandwich
Dinner: Leftovers
Thursday
Breakfast: Overnight oats
Lunch: Leftovers or sandwich
Dinner: Chicken broccoli casserole
Friday
Breakfast: Egg white everything bites
Lunch: Leftovers or sandwich
Dinner: Leftovers
Saturday
Breakfast: On your own
Lunch: Any remaining leftovers or a sandwich
Dinner: Either make a copycat meal or do take out/dine out
Snacks/Desserts:
Greek yogurt with berries
Banana with peanut butter
Protein Oreo Mousse
Chocolate mint protein pudding
Strawberry yogurt snack cake
