Menu Plan for the Week of March 16th




This week is going to be more of a "winging" it week as I'm trying to clean out the freezer.

Breakfasts:
Apple pie bars
Overnight oats

Lunches:
Leftovers
Salad with a protein
Sandwiches with Quest chips

Dinners:
Sunday:
Going out for dinner

Monday:
Beef roast
Mashed potatoes
Baby carrots

Tuesday:
Pork chop sheet pan dinner

Wednesday:
Crockpot whole chicken
Garlic parmesan pasta
Oven roasted parmesan asparagus

Thursday:
Leftover roast on bulkie rolls
Salad

Friday:
Leftovers

Saturday:
Either go out, do take out or cook a copycat recipe

Snacks/Desserts:
Various greek yogurt bowls
Greek yogurt with fruit & granola
Sliced apples with greek yogurt mixed with pb
Cottage cheese
Turkey & crackers
Bagel with cream cheese & fruit
Banana with pb, chocolate chips & cinnamon
Carrots, celery & cucumber with ranch dressing
Protein smoothie
Protein bar
