Menu Plan for the Week of February 9th




Sunday
Brunch
Dinner: Pork tenderloin, roasted potatoes & veggies

Breakfasts:
Chocolate protein pancakes & berries
Overnight oats

Lunches:
Leftovers
Sandwiches & chips

Dinners:
Monday: Air fryer chicken, Jasmine rice & veggies
Tuesday: Pick leftovers from the freezer
Wednesday: Garlic parmesan chicken tater tot bake & veggies
Thursday: Cheeseburgers, tater tots & salad
Friday: Leftovers (I may switch the menu around since today is Valentine's Day. We will most likely go out tomorrow night because tonight will swamped everywhere.)

Saturday:
Breakfast: On your own
Lunch: Any remaining leftovers or sandwiches
Dinner: Up in the air.....dine or take out, a copycat recipe, etc

Desserts/Snacks:
No bake protein granola bars
Galaxy brownie protein shake
Greek yogurt bowls
Cottage cheese & drizzalicious mini rice cakes
Protein bar
Fresh fruits & veggies
