Happy Sunday!! Can you believe that January has already come and gone??? It's craziness!!!

Dinner: Crockpot split pea & ham soup with homemade sourdough bread

Breakfasts:
Homemade low calorie banana bread with a protein (eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese) and fruit
Overnight oats

Lunches:
Leftovers
Sandwiches with Quest chips

Dinners:
Monday: Big Mac wraps
Tuesday: Leftovers
Wednesday: Cheesy queso turkey rice skillet and salad
Thursday: Hibachi bowls
Friday: Leftovers

Saturday 
Breakfast: On your own
Lunch: Any remaining leftovers or sandwiches
Dinner: Dine or take out. Although lately we've been eating up any leftovers or making copycat meals

Desserts/Snacks:
Edible protein batter
Greek yogurt bowl
Cottage cheese and drizzalicious mini rice cakes
Protein bar
Fresh fruits and veggies
Rice cakes with peanut butter and fruit
