Dinner: We'll probably be sent home with leftovers or there's chicken cordon bleu in the freezer

Saturday
Breakfast: On your own
Dinner: Din or take out

Lunches are always leftovers or sandwiches

Snacks:
Mini pumpkin pie cheesecake
Greek yogurt bowls
Protein bar
Cottage cheese and mini rice cakes
Protein shake
