Sunday
Brunch: Eggs, bacon or sausage, english muffin, pancakes, etc
Lunch (if hungry): Lunch platter
Dinner: Roasted chicken and veggies

Monday
Breakfast: Overnight oats or protein shake with spinach
Lunch: Turkey ranch wrap
Dinner: Surf and Turf Kebabs

Tuesday
Breakfast: Breakfast burrito bowl
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Greek chicken salad

Wednesday
Breakfast: Overnight oats or protein shake with spinach
Lunch: Lunch platter
Dinner: July 4th cookout (leftovers if the weather doesn't cooperate lol)

Thursday
Breakfast: Overnight oats or protein shake with spinach
Lunch: Lunch platter
Dinner: Burger wraps

Friday
Breakfast: Breakfast burrito bowl
Lunch: Turkey ranch wrap
Dinner: Garlic chicken bites

Saturday
Breakfast: Protein pancake bowl
Lunch: Turkey ranch wrap
Dinner: Leftovers or dine/take out or cookout

Snacks:
String cheese and apples
Banana
Greek yogurt bowl
Apples dipped in peanut butter
Cottage cheese with berries
Raw veggies with hummus
Protein bars
