Menu Plan for the Week of March 4th




Monday
Breakfast: Banana bread oatmeal with fruit
Lunch: Leftover meatball subs and veggies
Dinner: Creamy chicken noodles

Tuesday
Breakfast: Hot cocoa pancakes with fruit
Lunch: Leftover chicken noodles
Dinner: Turkey sloppy joes and salad

Wednesday
Breakfast: Banana bread oatmeal with fruit
Lunch: Salad with sloppy joe meat 
Dinner: Creamy chicken sausage pasta and veggies

Thursday
Breakfast: Hot cocoa pancakes with fruit
Lunch: Leftover sausage pasta and veggies
Dinner: Healthier cheeseburger pie and salad

Friday
Breakfast: Banana bread oatmeal with fruit
Lunch: Leftover cheeseburger pie and salad
Dinner: Leftovers from the freezer

Saturday
Breakfast: Your on your own
Lunch: Any leftovers or foods needing to be used or sandwiches
Dinner: Dine or take out

Sunday
Brunch: We usually have a big breakfast, or occasionally go out
Dinner: Copycat McChicken sandwich and veggies

Snacks:
Fresh berries
Grapes
Raw veggies
Peanut butter protein balls
Greek yogurt bowls
Crunchy edamame
Low calorie oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
Protein bar
Protein smoothie
Protein donuts
