Menu Plan for the Week of March 24th




Sunday
Brunch: We usually have a big breakfast including eggs, sausages/bacon/hash etc, a bread..toast, english muffins, etc, sometimes pancakes. Or on occasion, we'll go out
Dinner: Ham & turkey sliders with raw carrots 

Monday
Breakfast: Cadbury egg protein overnight oats with mixed berries
Lunch: Leftover sliders
Dinner: Firecracker sheet pan haddock

Tuesday
Breakfast: Breakfast sandwich with mixed berries
Lunch: Leftover haddock
Dinner: Chicken tortilla soup

Wednesday
Breakfast: Cadbury egg protein overnight oats with mixed berries
Lunch: Leftover soup
Dinner: Sloppy Joe Mac & Cheese with veggies

Thursday
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with mixed berries
Lunch: Leftover mac & cheese
Dinner: Leftovers

Friday
Breakfast: Cadbury egg protein overnight oats with mixed berries
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Chicken & broccoli stir fry

Saturday
Breakfast: On your own
Lunch: Any remaining leftovers or sandwiches
Dinner: Dine or take out

Snacks:
Protein bars
Popcorn
Carrot chips with everything bagel seasoning & ranch dressing
Greek yogurt bowls
Cottage cheese with pretzel crisps, raw veggies and cheese
Strawberry cheesecake bowl
Fudge greek yogurt brownies
Peanut butter protein bites
Creami protein ice cream
