Monday
Breakfast: High protein cookie dough oatmeal
Lunch: Leftover cheeseburger pie
Dinner: Skinny white chicken chili

Tuesday
Breakfast: High protein breakfast sandwich
Lunch: Leftover chili
Dinner: High protein taco salad

Wednesday
Breakfast: High protein cookie dough oatmeal
Lunch: Leftover taco salad
Dinner: Buffalo chicken alfredo

Thursday
Breakfast: High protein breakfast sandwich
Lunch: Leftover chicken alfredo
Dinner: Tex Mex beef & sweet potato skillet

Friday
Breakfast: High protein cookie dough oatmeal
Lunch: Leftover skillet
Dinner: Leftover from the freezer

Saturday
Breakfast: On your own
Lunch: Any leftovers or foods needing to be used up or sandwiches
Dinner: Dine or take out

Sunday
Brunch: We usually have a big breakfast or on occasion, go out for breakfast
Dinner: Meatball subs with veggies

Snacks:
Healthy fudge rounds
Peanut butter protein balls
Fruit
IQ bar
Greek yogurt bowls
Protein smoothie
Crunchy edamame
Creami protein ice cream
Cottage cheese
Healthy chocolate mousse
