Lunch: Leftover tuscan chicken mac & cheese
Dinner: One pot lasagna

Tuesday
Breakfast: Enchilada scrambled eggs
Lunch: Leftover lasagna
Dinner: Classic chicken enchiladas

Wednesday
Breakfast: Apple pie overnight oats
Lunch: Leftover enchiladas
Dinner: Italian chicken sausage sheet pan

Thursday
Breakfast: Enchilada scrambled eggs
Lunch: Leftover sausage sheet pan
Dinner: Creamy chicken & rice skillet

Friday
Breakfast: Apple pie overnight oats
Lunch: Leftover chicken & rice
Dinner: Leftovers from the freezer

Saturday
Breakfast: On your own
Lunch: Any leftovers or a sandwich
Dinner: Dine or take out

Sunday
Brunch: We usually have a big breakfast or on occasion, go out for brunch
Dinner: Cheeseburger pie

Snacks:
Healthy little Debbie fudge rounds
Raw veggies, pretzel crisps/chips w/Greek yogurt ranch dip
Peanut butter protein balls
Greek yogurt
Cottage cheese
Fruits
Crunchy edamame
IQ protein bar
