Sunday:
Breakfast: Going out
Dinner: Pumpkin gnocchi with pumpkin pasta sauce, Italian sausage & salad

Monday:
Breakfast: Bacon & cheese egg bites & fruit
Lunch: Leftover gnocchi, sausage & salad
Dinner: Philly cheesesteak cauliflower

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Overnight oats & fruit
Lunch: Leftover philly cheesesteak cauliflower
Dinner: Enchilada roll-ups & broccoli

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Bacon & cheese egg bites & fruit
Lunch: Leftover enchilada rollups 
Dinner: Honey garlic beef

Thursday:
Breakfast: Yogurt parfait
Lunch: Leftover honey garlic beef
Dinner: Chicken broccoli casserole

Friday:
Breakfast: Bacon & cheese egg bites
Lunch: Leftover chicken broccoli casserole
Dinner: Date night

Saturday:
Breakfast: On your own
Lunch: On your own
Dinner: Honey chooses or we go out

Snacks:
High protein queso with tortilla chips, pumpkin cheesecake mousse, apple cinnamon bread, monster cookie protein balls, clementines, apples, bananas, raw veggies, cottage cheese, greek yogurt
