Menu Plan for the Week of October 23rd




Monday:
Breakfast: Hashbrown egg muffins and fruit
Lunch: Tuna sandwich and veggies
Dinner: Healthy Harvest Chili and bacon cheddar cornbread muffins

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Apple Pie greek yogurt
Lunch: Leftover chili
Dinner: Buffalo chicken tacos and salad

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Hashbrown egg muffins and fruit
Lunch: Leftover tacos and salad
Dinner: Southwestern chicken casserole and broccoli

Thursday:
Breakfast: Apple pie greek yogurt
Lunch: Leftover casserole
Dinner: Air Fryer bbq meatballs over cauliflower rice

Friday:
Breakfast: Hashbrown egg muffins and fruit
Lunch: Leftover meatballs and cauliflower rice
Dinner: Chicken bacon ranch pasta skillet and veggies

Saturday: 
Breakfast: Apple pie greek yogurt
Lunch: Leftover pasta skillet
Dinner: Dine out or take out

Sunday:
Brunch: Eggs, pancakes, sausages
Dinner: Mike's choice

Snacks: High protein cottage cheese banana bread, fruits, veggies, protein bars, edible protein cookie dough, protein brownies, pop corners chips, greek yogurt, cottage cheese & pb mocha protein smoothie
