Menu Plan for the Week of September 4th




I can't believe it's September already!! Where did the summer go?? 

Breakfasts:
Peanut butter whipped cottage cheese
Protein shake with greens
Overnight oats

Lunches:
Sandwiches with raw veggies
Leftovers

Dinners:
Monday: Cauliflower fried rice with chicken
Tuesday: Slow cooker Salisbury steak with salad
Wednesday: Chicken rotel spaghetti squash
Thursday: Ground beef & zucchini
Friday: Grilled turkey burgers with grilled street corn

Snacks for the week: Protein chocolate chip pumpkin muffins, chocolate peanut butter bars, choice of fruits & veggies, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein bars

The weekends we wing it......use up what needs to be cooked, eat up leftovers, hang out with family for cookouts, do take out or go out to eat.
