Lunch: Leftover chicken alfredo roll-ups
Dinner: Big mac salad
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Overnight oats with fruit
Lunch: Leftover big mac salad
Dinner: Mini chicken pot pies with salad
Thursday:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, bacon & sweet potatoes
Lunch: Leftover chicken pot pies
Dinner: Philly cheesesteak pasta skillet and broccoli
Friday:
Breakfast: Overnight oats with fruit
Lunch: Leftover philly cheesesteak pasta & broccoli
Dinner: Air fryer chicken and salad
Snacks: Fruits & veggies, Banana bread, apple crisp, biscoff cookie protein bowl, ninja creami ice cream, protein bars, popcorners, cottage cheese, greek yogurt
Saturday & Sunday:
We cook up and eat up any leftovers, foods needing to be used
We go out/do takeout usually on Saturday night
