Breakfasts for the week:
Double chocolate zucchini bread
PB&J overnight oats
Lunches are almost always leftovers from the night before
Dinners:
Monday: Egg roll in a bowl
Tuesday: Crispy baked tacos and salad
Wednesday: Ham & cheese club and Mediterranean chickpea salad
Thursday: Pumpkin gnocchi with ground turkey in a garlic sage sauce and salad
Friday: Pork tenderloin and broccoli
Snacks for the week:
Lemon cookies, Biscoff cookie protein bowl, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, watermelon, sliced apples, fresh green beans, Sugar snap pea pods
Saturday is usually eating out, using up whatever is in the fridge, having a cookout at the kids, etc.
Sunday we either go out for breakfast or make a big eggs, pancakes, etc breakfast at home.
We usually skip lunch and decide during the day what to have for dinner.
