Menu Week of May 1st




Monday:
Breakfast: Overnight oats with berries and hard boiled eggs
Lunch: Peanut butter milkshake
Snack: Sliced apples with apple dip
Dinner: Lazy lasagna (THM cookbook, p 140), salad with Italian dressing 

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Overnight oats with berries and hard boiled eggs
Lunch: Leftover lasagna and salad
Snack: Chocolate covered pb&j protein mess
Dinner: Grilled chicken, baked sweet potatoes and roasted broccoli

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Overnight oats with berries and hard boiled eggs
Lunch: Leftover chicken, potatoes and broccoli 
Snack: Low fat cottage cheese with cocoa powder and sweetener
Dinner: Wipe your mouth bbq (THM cookbook p 43), trim corn bread (THM cookbook p 199)

Thursday:
Breakfast: Mock chocolate xtreme dq blizzard
Lunch: Leftover bbq chicken and cornbread
Snack: Strawberry cottage whip
Dinner: Parmesan chicken tenders, brussel sprouts and cheesecake

Friday:
Breakfast: Creamy maple and brown sugar oatmeal with hard boiled eggs
Lunch: Leftover chicken and brussel sprouts
Snack: Chocolate peanut butter whip
Dinner: Meatloaf (THM cookbook p158), green beans, and salad

Saturday:
Breakfast: Peanut butter milkshake
Lunch: Leftover meatloaf 
Snack: Smoothie
Dinner: Take out

Sunday: 
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with veggies
Snack: sliced apples with apple dip
Dinner: Cheesy tuna casserole (THM table cookbook p125) and broccoli
