Menu Plan Week of April 23rd



Sunday:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs and bacon
Lunch: Chef salad with ranch dressing
Dinner: Cowboy grub

Monday:
Breakfast: Secret ingredient chocolate peanut butter milkshake
Lunch: Leftover cowboy grub
Dinner: Taco salad

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Pumpkin chocolate chip muffin in a mug
Lunch: Leftover taco salad
Dinner: Cornbread crusted mexican casserole

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Yogurt power bowl
Lunch: Leftover mexican casserole
Dinner: Zoodles with homemade sauce, green beans and tossed salad

Thursday:
Breakfast: Sprouted toast with light laughing cow cheese, all fruit jam, and Greek yogurt with berries
Lunch: Chef salad with ranch dressing
Dinner: Chicken bacon casserole and tossed salad

Friday:
Breakfast: Maple apple oatmeal 
Lunch: Leftover chicken bacon casserole and salad
Dinner: Sausage & cheese calzone, deviled eggs and salad

Saturday:
Breakfast: Low carb biscuits & gravy
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Roasted whole chicken, sauteed zucchini and cauliflower mash
