Breakfasts:
Banana bread, cottage cheese & fruit
Over night oats with berries & hard boiled eggs
Greek yogurt with berries

Lunches:
Salad
Tuna sandwich
Leftovers

Dinners:
Sunday: Going out to eat
Monday: Chicken & steamed veggies
Tuesday: Slow cooker lasagna & salad
Wednesday: Chicken, peas & carrots
Thursday: Spaghetti, Italian sausage & salad
Friday: Chicken parmesan soup & bread with butter
Saturday: Going out or take out

Snacks:
Bananas
Mandarin oranges
Rice cakes with peanut butter
Protein bars
