Menu for week of February 6th

Breakfast:

Chocolate chia pudding w/fruit
Overnight oats w/fruit
Toast w/fruit and hard boiled eggs

Lunch:
Leftovers
Sandwich with coleslaw

Snacks:
Greek yogurt w/berries
Cottage cheese with cucumbers
Air popped popcorn

Dinner:
Monday: Lasagna rollups
Tuesday: Sheet pan nachos
Wednesday: Baked chicken, steam broccoli & pasta w/healthy alfredo sauce
Thursday: Chicken noodle soup
Friday: Steak, butternut squash mac & cheese & a side salad

Weekends are for using it up eating it up or going out! Enjoy
