Menu plan for week of 11/7/22

Monday:
Breakfast: Crustless broccoli quiche
Lunch: Salad
Dinner: Spaghetti squash shrimp scampi

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Protein shake w/power greens & spinach
Lunch: Leftover spaghetti squash shrimp scampi
Dinner: Zucchini enchilada bake

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Crustless broccoli quiche
Lunch: Leftover zucchini enchilada bake
Dinner: Hamburger soup

Thursday:
Breakfast: Protein shake w/power greens & spinach
Lunch: Leftover hamburger soup
Dinner: Tuscan chicken spaghetti squash

Friday:
Breakfast: Crustless broccoli quiche
Lunch: Leftover Tuscan chicken spaghetti squash
Dinner: Chicken sausage sheet pan

Saturday & Sunday:
We eat any leftovers, have a cookout, or do take out
