Menu plan week of April 11

 


Breakfast:

Breakfast banana split

Overnight oats

Protein shake with spinach and power greens


Lunch:

Leftovers

Sandwich with veggies

Salad


Dinner:

Monday: Meatball parmesan casserole

Tuesday: Turkey taco lettuce wraps

Wednesday: Tomato basil artichoke chicken bake

Thursday: BBQ pulled pork bake

Friday: Naked burgers 


Snacks:

Bananas, watermelon, popcorn, cottage cheese, baby carrots with hummus, protein bar


The weekend is for using up before going bad, eating up leftovers, going out
