Menu plan for week of April 4th

 



Breakfast: 

Greek yogurt parfait

Protein shake with power greens & spinach


Lunch:

Leftovers

Tuna wrap

Ham wrap

Salad


Dinner:

Monday: Chicken bacon ranch spaghetti squash

Tuesday: Chili lime chicken salad

Wednesday: Asian ground turkey bowl

Thursday: Philly cheesesteak skillet

Friday: Bang bang shrimp


Snacks: Banana, grapes, baby carrots with hummus, strawberries

As always, the weekends are for cooking up before going bad, using up leftovers and going out/doing take out
