Monday:
Breakfast: Shakeology w/banana
Lunch: Egg salad sandwich
Dinner: 21 Day fix skillet zucchini lasagna
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Sausage & spinach quich
Snack: Shakeology with a banana or Greek yogurt with berries
Lunch: Leftover Zucchini lasagna
Snack: Baby carrots
Dinner: Air fryer shrimp tacos
Wednesday:
Breakfast: French toast sticks & berries
Snack: Shakology or Greek yogurt
Lunch: Leftover shrimp tacos
Snack: Raw veggies & cottage cheese or hard boiled eggs
Dinner: Chicken burger, Street corn and veggies
Thursday:
Breakfast: Quiche
Snack: Shakeology with a banana or Greek yogurt with berries
Lunch: Leftover chicken burgers and veggies
Snack: Raw veggies & cottage cheese or hard boiled eggs
Dinner: Stir fry
Friday:
Breakfast: French toast sticks & berries
Snack: Shakeology or Greek yogurt
Lunch: Leftover stir fry
Snack: Raw veggies
Dinner: Hibachi chicken & veggies
Saturday & Sunday:
Breakfast is either Shakeology with fruit or eggs, meat or sausage and toast
We usually don't have lunch because breakfast is later than normal
Dinner we use up what's in the fridge, get take out or go out to eat
